That's why when we're sitting on the desk every day we can easily find ourselves consuming the middle courses, but there's some that harm you more than good. Nutritionist Susie Borrell says that women who eat midweeks on the job consume 100,000 more calories annually.
But how should we avoid it?
Coffee with milk- We all consume some coffee with milk, cappuccino a day, and these aren't even missing during working hours. But unlike black coffee or tea, this kind of milk coffee adds up to 80 to 100 calories more.
Cookies- And the simplest cookie can carry up to 100 calories per 3-4 grams. Create a rule not to eat at work. “Cookies, unfortunately, can add 300-400 calories a day to”, Susie says.
No dried fruits and nuts- And while they're healthy, Susie says they do the opposite if you consume the whole package on the job, and it's about weight gain. It recommends focus on fresh fruits, and only a small ration a day with dried fruits or nuts.
