As Russian and Turkish leaders presented themselves for a photo during Vladimir Putin's official visit to Ankara, President Erdogan was apparently disturbed by the fact that there were only men on his side of the group's picture, while the Russian president had three beautiful women behind him.
In a diplomatic effort to balance the picture before shooting, the Turkish president asked one of the ladies to stay close to him, while Putin looked at these manipulations with a smile.
On April 3rd, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Ankara to hold talks with his Turkish and Iranian counterparts.
During his first official visit since his re-election in March, Putin is expected to discuss with Erdogan a host of key political and economic issues, including the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant and the distribution of Russian S-400 air defence systems in Turkey.
