Several images published by witnesses show a smoke coming out of the height of the building, reports “Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.

This building is 130 meters long, and it's one of the five longest objects in Azerbaijan.
Construction of the facility had begun in 2008 and was completed in 2015, but several work was left out./Periscopi/
