U n SBs reveal “People's Eye plans” for killing Kosovo leaders

Less than 79 pages of indictment have been loved by Kosovo Special Prosecutor Syla Hoxha to describe the prosecution's claims against suspects for members of an organisation aimed at killing some political figures of different historic Kosovo periods, which he named “traffickers”.

The 79 pages of this indictment depict the defendants, the organisation that the prosecution claims they belonged to, the structure of this organisation, the nicknames of the suspected members, their roles, the way the organisation's financing, the goals, the list of personalities labeled as traitors, the time to start shares, and the order to be liquidated.

In the list of liquidation of the organisation, which according to the Prosecutor's Office had only extensions in Kosovo, Austria and Germany, were included from former senior Kosovo officials from 1980 to 1991, as well as officials from 1999 to 2016, including President Hashim Thaci, Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini, former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, then Hajredin Kuchin, Xhavit Haliti, Fatmir Limaj and continuing with KLA war commanders, who, according to them, have betrayed the country.

In the list of “The People's Eye”, under the indictment, there were former Pristina-Kosovo chief leaders, post-war Judiciary Council heads, the chiefs of the Post-war Pristina Court, the Customs Director, the director of ATK, religious clerics, analysts and publicists who have acted according to the defendants who have betrayed the country.

Murat Jashari, Avni Llumnica, Ragip Salova, Sadri Ramabaja, Rexhep Topllana, Bajrush Konjusha, Sabit Berisha, Haliim Halimi, Bexhet Luzha and Lixhia are part of the indictment that charges them with preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.

Murat Jashar is also accused of criminal retaliation in connection with the Amem Vlases wound on 12 March last year.

In its indictment, the prosecution has proposed that fewer than 61 witness statements concerning the case be administered, while proposing 45 witnesses.

The whole activity of the group under the Prosecutor's Office began with a decision taken on May 15th 2015, under which members of the “People's Eye “Avni Rrustema” had made a decision to mark the start of illegal shares with the aim of destabilizing or destroying the fundamental political, constitutional and social structures of the Republic of Kosovo.

To achieve all these criminal plans, according to the Prosecutor's Office “The People's Eye” had a structure that had the fund called “Homeland Freedom” while the organisation described in the indictment also had an organised structure of hierarchy which are included in code names and each had separate tasks and responsibilities.

Similarly, the prosecution's indictment describes a criminal outcry under which several former members of the Kosovo People's Movement who have acted in Western states 1980-2000 had formed an organisation which was named “Movement for National Reunification”.

The statement further described in the prosecution's indictment describes how members of the organisation “The People's Eye” have created the funding fund “Homeland Freedom”, created the Central Council, the National Council, the Council's stamps of councils for the organisation “The People's Eye “, the stamp for the fund “Freedom of the Atut” and the seal for the Multinational Humanitarian Foundation “Aux>, which would be done with the organisation's operational work.

Four USB folders confiscated under the indictment by Murat Jashari and recorded in the indictment as “Witness C” resulted in very interesting material prosecution.

According to the indictment, after examining the Krim Technical Laboratory and police reporting, the evidence is proven that these evidence contained data about the criminal organisation “The people's Eye of”, with its constituent structure, such as operational, finance, oath, regulation, communiqués, the planned actions for the killings of official persons in the Republic of Kosovo, Macedonia, Presevo and Albania.

From leafed documentation, according to the indictment you see the structure of “People's Eye” as follows: The “People's Eye” is an illegal organisation that will submit political and nonpolitical subjects, central and local powers and clergymen etc. all over Albanian space.

The “People's Eye” movement, under the indictment, has the Central Staff of 12 members from all Albanian spaces.

The indictment describes the SHQ's responsibility as “Sacati” (according to the indictment was Murat Jashari) and spokesman “Besnik” (according to the indictment is Sadri Ramabaja).
