The main Indian parties of Catalonia envision a consulted agreement today to organise a new referendum on a Constitution for the Republic of Catalonia, proclaimed in October last year but that has not been recognised by anyone.
They also proposed, the creation in Belgium of a parallel government structure run by the dismissed president, Carles Puigdemont, who was sheltered in this country after declaring failed independence on October 27th and risk of being imprisoned by Madrid, the ATSH reports.
This agreement, the fruit of many weeks of hot negotiations between the two main parties -- together with the Catalonian Carles Puigdemont and the Republican Left of Catalonia -- has yet to be ratified by the Cadidatura for Popular Unities, the small separatist leftist party.
