Popovq: Russia to engage in dialogue, for Vucinqiqi Kosova is Serbia's heart

This is said by Minister of Innovation and Technological Development Nenad Popovic, who comes from the Serbian National People's Party “b92”, reports Periscopi broadcast.

He said “Serbia has no sincere and close allies than Russia”.

“I call on the Serbian people to unite about the leadership of state and defence policy of state sovereignty, because now we need unity, solidarity and courage,” said SNP president.
