Peja municipality Mayor Gazmend Muhhazier has said today that marking the border with Montenegro ended in 1930 and with this agreement Kosovo does not lose territory.
During a speech to college students AAB Muhharrier said 3 years have gone to waste and has been wasted because of some irresponsible politicians who have turned the issue into patriotism.
