Although there was no quorum on the commission to make a decision on this motion, the chairman of this commission, Albulen Haxhiu, said it is not the first time Kosovo Assembly Speaker Kadri Veselini has violated the institution's ruling regulation.
She said that the chief convent with no right prohibited Frasher Krasniqi's word, saying that in the MP's speech there were no insulting words.
The chairman of the Parliament has long violated the regulation and holds no responsibility. Today, the next violation took place where Krasniqi's word without right interrupted. In the MP's words, there were no insulting words, but parliamentary words. There is no quorum to make a decision, but on Tuesday we will gather to ask Wessel to withdraw from the action he has made.”, Haxhi said, writes the telegraph.
Commission Chairman Haxhiu also said it is unacceptable how he is addressing parliamentary group chief Glauk Konjufca, since there are other words he has heard.
Even the head of the Vetevendosje Movement parliamentary group said he has submitted this motion to this Commission to record all problems regarding the interpretation of the Parliamentary Rule.
