To better respond to recent developments, as a result of the Serbian forces offensive activity and the possibility of more intensively carrying out combat duties for Kosovo's liberation, in the implementation of Order No. 151, 3103.1999, „for the overall mobilization of the Serbian offensive to free Kosovo”.
