The lack of diplomatic relations with the states that have recognised it has questioned even the recognitions that have so far come to Kosovo. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not clarified the contradictions within this dictatorship as far as accurate recognitions are concerned.
While Pacolli has said there are 114 states that have recognised Kosovo, 115 states, including Surinames' recognition, are figured on the official page of the MPJ. For the latter, Pacolli said he didn't know what happened. He had only acknowledged diplomatic defeat in the face of Ivica Dacic, writes Koha Ditore.
Guinea Bissau is in the registry of countries that have known Kosovo since 2011. But eventually, even this recognition has been questioned. While Minister Pacolli indicated that Guinea has returned recognition of Kosovo independence, media in Serbia have contested the validity of the document, saying the same one does not sign the minister. The paper has requested that verbal marks be made available with which recognition returns are confirmed, but this has not been made available by the Foreign Ministry. It was the newspaper “Vecernje novosti” that has “on Thursday denied” Minister Pacolli about this note. According to this portal, the document does not have the signing of the minister, until the note it has reached in Pristina dates 24 January, while the country's prime minister, Umaro Sisoko Embalo, has resigned a week before this”.
There are at least 10 other countries that are unknown if verbal notes were delivered in the Government of Kosovo.
