Surroi thinks that the blue flag, with a map and stars, resembles a towel in a Turkish hotel.
Over the course of ten years, citizens have been shown one that, as I wrote in the book, resembles a hotel towel in Turkey (because only there have I seen that hotels have more stars than five, such as this flag President), than an aesthetic illustration of the country and its citizens. Yes, the Constitution of Kosovo, which at Article 6, points 1, says that <x0 falmur, stema and anthem are the state symbols of the Republic of Kosovo, which reflect its multiethnic character”. And, yes, at point 2 says “The way the national symbols are used and protected is regulated by law”. And, yes, the Kosovo Assembly on February 20th 2008 adopted the Law for Use of State Characters, including the flag, coating and anthem. )
