Special Court Speaker Speaks After Prosecutor David Schwendiman leaves

She has said that the already removed prosecutor, since his appointment, has been constantly working on realising the term of the Prosecutor's Office.

According to Trendafilovas, the same has enabled fair, efficient and independent investigation and criminal proceedings of crimes claims within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Specialisation, paying particular attention to the protection of potential witnesses.

2016. Schmidt was appointed Specialisation Prosecutor on September 1, 2016. Since his appointment, he has been constantly working on realising the mandate of the Prosecutor's Specialists' Office to enable fair, impartial, effective and independent investigations into the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Specialisation, paying particular attention to the protection of potential witnesses.

As Chairman of Special Chambers, he has the privilege of knowing and cooperating with Mr. Considering issues of interest to combine between our displaced institutions.

In a personal way, I have been impressed by his professionalism, commitment, and intellect. I thank the Attorney for establishing a strong and independent institution.

Both institutions, Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office will continue without letup work on fulfilling their mandate.
