He has confirmed that Rama's statement is directed against peace in the region and represents an act of hostility towards Serbia and the Serbian people.
Therefore, according to Popovic, Rama must be declared “persona non grata”, or undesirable person in Serbia.
The “Declaration of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama that Albania and the false state of Kosovo will have a common foreign policy and president, is directed against peace in the region and represents a hostile act towards Serbia”, Popovic says.
He adds that this is a tendency for the creation of Greater Albania, so Rama must be declared undesirable, while Albanian ambassador to the Serbian state must be sent a protest note.
