Meanwhile, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has reacted to Facebook with a status, saying ratification of the demarcation permanently breaks Kosovo's isolation.

Thaci has also invited the Serbian List to go to the Assembly and vote on the agreement, writes Periscopi.

So far, the Serbian List has not been submitted to the Assembly since in Serbian media it has said it will not vote on this agreement.

This is Thaci's full status:

Ratification of the agreement to mark the border line with Montenegro, today in the Kosovo Assembly, will permanently break Kosovo's isolation.

Today, when the whole world is watching us, I believe deeply in the will of all political parties to ratify this agreement, which creates a new dynamic even in the process of Kosovo's membership in the European Union.

The vote for ratification of demarcation is the vote for freedom of movement of citizens in the Schengen area, is the vote for Kosovo in Europe.

Therefore, I invite all parties to respect the will of all citizens, regardless of ethnic and religious affiliation, to move free.

I invite the Serbian List to vote on this agreement, respecting the will of the Serb community in Kosovo.

At the time when Kosovo has entered the final phase of normalising relations with Serbia, the Serbian List has no reason not to ratify this agreement.

Let this be a holiday for Kosovo citizens and a unifying day of all political parties represented in the Assembly. HTH
