An artistic installation is being circulated on social networks, just minutes after the Assembly session for the demarcation vote failed.

This artist's work has started immediately to spread to social networks by many.
Today, the Assembly failed to launch its session to vote the border agreement with Montenegro.
The demarcation was sent to the Assembly after Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Montenegro's president were agreed that through an annex-agreement the correction of border lines even after ratification.
Demarketing Agreement with Montenegro was signed on 26 August 2015, and ratification is the main condition by the European Union for visa liberalisation
For ratification of the agreement on demarcation with Montenegro, two-thirds of the total vote by the Parliament's deputies -- that is, 80 out of 120 Sosh -- is needed. If the fulfillment of conditions by Kosovo is positively assessed, then Kosovo citizens are expected to receive the green light for visa liberalisation in June or September of this year.
