The Nuclear Staccionary Review recommends a sharp approach to co-operation with Russia on the addition of nuclear weapons, and calls for the US to address a series of unprecedented arguments if threats come from outside” presented by foreign powers, including Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.

So my big crime of the Nuclear Post Review: It says rare remains should not even think of us not against our first because of the passage can be controlled, but say we can use not first and then control intelligence. Can you spot the inconsistency?

The document lists non-alterous attacks that could form the basis for US nuclear vengeance. According to the NPR, a conventional attack resulting in mass casualties or targeting the main infrastructure could trigger a US nuclear response.
