After the news that they were sentenced to 10 years from W. EFA

After reporting that Skenderbe will be punished by U EFA with 10 years' exception from European races and 1m euros in fines for tricks have reacted to the choir club.

Skenderbeu says there is currently no action by U courts EFA's about this matter.

“Taking advantage of the latest news published today in sports media on the existence of the U decision EFA for condemning Skenderbe's club, Skenderbeu football club wants to inform public opinion, that there is currently no court, disciplinary decision of U. EFA for Skenderbeu club”, says the choir club via the official page.

Skenderbeu further says, the published “document is not the final decision at all, but the request for the trial of UEFA's discipline inspectors, directed to the appellate Corps of the U's Law and Ethics Commission EFA. We want to clarify that this is an appeal of inspectors to the decision taken almost two years ago against Skenderbe on the basis of Article 34503 of the U statute. EFA and not a new case against club”.

The Albanian club adds that this is a disciplinary issue under way, for which no hearing has yet been clarified, while it is optimistic that this issue will be closed successfully.
