Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica has comforted KEK worker Fehmi Salih's family, who died last night at his workplace.
I regret to accept the news of the death of the Kosovo Energy Corporation in his workplace. The most sincere condolences of the late man's family, said Minister Recica's reaction.
Likewise, Recica said competent organs would do their job to clarify the circumstances of KEK's death. Until, he has demanded that the labor law be implemented precisely so that there are no fatal cases.
“We, like MPMS, are committed to fatality cases as well as workplace injuries to be downplayed by demanding that the Safety and Health Law be implemented strictly”, the minister's reaction to Recica is further said.

Engineering technology, Fehmi Salihu, has been working in the Corporation for many years and has been one of the most remarkable workers for commitment, responsibility and discipline at work. News of his death has shocked us all, the management and all corporate workers. The late man, last night, he was on a work schedule on the third shift to the thermocentral plant “Kosovo A” where while he was doing his job, specifically in the vicinity of the “Block A4”, accidentally due to reasons unknown at the moment has fallen from the height and lost his life”, says the KEK communiqué.
In this communique, KEK reports that the professional commission for investigating cause and disaster resources has been formed for this case, until, as soon as they have other information about the case, opinion will be announced.
