Macedonian president says name solution must not be affected in identity

Welcoming the integration of the dialogue, Ivanov has suggested that the solution to the name difference could only be required under the United Nations and reaffirmed the position that strict respect of the framework in which the UN Charter, Security Council resolutions, the Interim Agreement and the International Court of Justice are needed. Ivanov has stressed that the Republic of Macedonia will continue constructively to participate in the process, with the aim of finding a solution in Greece's imposed conflict, which will not affect the identity of the Macedonian people and affect the dignity of Macedonian citizens.
At the meeting, as Ivanov's cabinet announced, the current situation has been considered with the process, which is directed under UN support, and information and thoughts regarding the ideas and opinions of special envoy Nimic, as well as the outcome of his visit to Athens.
