The Democratic League of Kosovo has announced that after recent developments and calling the Kosovo Assembly session, in which it will be debated on the Ratification Bill of the Border Marking Agreement with Montenegro, the LDK leadership once again confirms its full support for the bill.
“The ongoing LDK has stressed that the August 26th 2015 agreement is in line with all facts and in the interest of Kosovo citizens. Its unconventional opposition, as it is openly witnessing, has only been a subtle and extremely harmful cause.
Its failure so far, our country kept it isolated and far from the European perspective, while our citizens left them without basic human right, freedom of movement.
The LDK, both the main party in the country and the largest parliamentary and defining group in this process, with its vote in the Kosovo Assembly, will open the doors for the free movement of our citizens.
At this important moment, The LDK urges the parliamentary majority to wish support for ratification of this agreement.
The LDK will continue to clearly support Kosovo's perspective and integration processes in Euro-Atlantic structures, as well as support all processes that benefit our citizens”, the LDK report said.
