Kosovo's phone code already active in '%Viber'

Viber has recognised Kosovo's new code, “+383”. While officially failed to implement the new +383 phone code for Kosovo, Viber has gone a step forward. Just use +383 instead of +377 or +386 and you can communicate with the specified number.
Currently in Kosovo, three mobile and fixed phone operators who use international foreign codes are present. Mobile phone “Vala” uses Monaco's code (+377), IPKO's Slovenia Code (+386), while fixed phone uses Serbia's code (+381).
Lack of the code and use of other state codes caused Kosovo major losses. Kosovo Government data showed that the total cost caused by the lack of the telephone code had reached over 200m euros.
Kosovo had received the +383 phone code in December 2016, after reaching a telecommunication agreement in Brussels between Pristina and Belgrade.
