Starting jobs to repair the old culture centre “dry Sefer” has raised the hope of Zegra's residents that the village will be restored to numerous cultural activities as once, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Workers have started cleaning up domestic spaces flooded by the trash and water that leaks from damaged stamps on Tuesday. One of the workers laments that there is no water in the facility for cleaning the floors. They hope they will have the help of the village to solve this problem as well so that things will not stop.

Bajram Isufi (51) is connected to the village centre, even though he now lives in Gjilan. At the culture centre conveyed all cultural activities between seventy and eighty years before the Serbian regime in the early 1990s prevented Albanians from developing activities in it.
