He was asked by prosecutor Drita Hajdari about his organisation and work as spokesman. The prosecution's interest point is the controversial statement of the General Staff, dated November 4th 1998, which mentions the names of two victims -- Ramiz Hoxha and Selman Binish.
Limaj's defence has reacted once again, saying the writings in newspapers cannot be considered as evidence.
Any evidence whose origin is unknown is unacceptable”, attorney Tahir Rrecaj said. The chairman of the court has allowed Krasniqi to see the statement and respond in this regard.
I can say that the General Staff, it didn't write any documents under the name code, much less on behalf of political directors. And especially on behalf of the Police Directorate, which did not exist at that time”, Krasniqi said.
Once chairman of the National Initiative Council for Kosovo is one of the last two witnesses to this process, and the testimony of Malisheva chairman Ragip Begaj is also expected to be heard.
