Hector Cupper sees Ramadan as a problem before the World Cup “Russia 201818x1>, for the fact that players are with fasting.
Egypt's football national coach, Hector Cuper, said Ramadan poses a big problem before the World.
I have a problem before the World: Ramadan. My players fast and I don't have any training. Just doing my workout at 5:00 in the morning. I can't train someone who doesn't drink fluids and has no calories on body”, Cupper said in an interview for “La Nation”.
Egypt, which will play a World for the first time in 28 years, is in Group A, where it will face Russia, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia.
Egypt will debut to Uruguay on June 15th, a day after Ramadan ends.
