The newspaper “Voice” has secured the list of local Public Enterprises (NPB), in which the name of Shukri Maximus is found. He kept his property from 2003 to 2015 until his departure from the residence occurred only after the Court's decision.
NPB legal official Genc Hundozi has confirmed that Shukri Maxhun figures on the list of usurpors from the appearance of the indictment in 2005 to the day of the release of residence in July last year.
He has even said that there is a court ruling in this case.
