Demarkation can be blocked tomorrow because of Pacolli.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli has ruined everything that was meant to happen tomorrow at the extraordinary session for ratification of demarcation with Montenegro, and therefore opening the way for visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens. Pacolli, as indicated by the safe sources of Metro Journal, has supported [the] demand....
Pacolli, as the Gazeta Metro's secure sources reveal, has supported the Serbian List's request to postpone ratification of the Demarcing Agreement until after Sunday, when local elections are expected in Serbia.
That fact has facilitated Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, whom he used as reasoning before international pressures that the demarcation issue be completed tomorrow.
Pacolli had given signs that the demarcation vote could be postponed for the second week of March, though this time is dangerous for Kosovo to occupy the European agenda.
Otherwise, tomorrow in Kosovo European Commission President Jean Claude Juncker and other senior officials are expected to visit Kosovo, and the demarcation vote on this day is considered a proper move by the Kosovo side.
