Counsel for a Stressless Day

1. Every morning you have to make time for yourself. Instead of fixing the alarm later and then setting up “the” from 5 to 10 minutes, try to fix the alarm so that you can wake up a little earlier, stay down for a few more minutes, take a shower and make a plan [...]
2. Eat your breakfast. What you eat in the morning will affect the energy level all day long. Drittrah, nogurt, juice and cookies you'll feel better. If you do not have time, take some fruit and make a mixture of beender and drink on your way to work.
3. Train. Biking or mastering whatever it is, something that you'll be sweating about and act on endorphrine the happy hormone, because of which you will feel more energetic and positive.
4. Smile is medicine. See a series of humor or comedy, go out with your friends! Smile more, more often, always!
5. Do at least one boring job that's on your head. Fix the room, iron, report hard enough, but it has to be done.
6. Dream, wake up, do it. Once a week you stand alone and imagine where you would like to be in five years. After such meditation, you will feel much better and cooler.
7. Choose something “ekstra” instead of something of “binding”. Take a few breaks a day, have coffee, invite old friends, read the newspaper, or just eat an ice cream. Don't think about the crowd waiting for you next.
8. Fix space. Before you lie in bed, sit down for 15 minutes. Don't think about tomorrow. Be a child. Dream.
9. Relax. Disagreements with the partner, difficult conversation with the boss, a work mistake is all past as day. Rest, and in the morning all problems will be reduced.
10. Be thankful. Every day you record it at the end. This time, let it not be a list of commitments, but thanks to what you have received and given all day long.
