If there is no condition for Serbia in the EU, why should there be talks in Brussels

National Initiative Council Chairman Jakup Krasniqi through a communique for the media has reacted about Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq's statements, which have said the European Union has not conditioned Serbia on the recognition of Kosovo for EU membership. He said that if so, why should there be [...]
He has said that if that is so then why there should be talks in Brussels between Kosovo and Serbia.
Below are Krasniqi's complete writing:
If so, as he said: “Serbia's prime minister, Ana Brnabiq, that European Parliament Speaker Antonio Tayan has said Serbia will not need to accept Kosovo's independence to enter the EU”. This is not European in the first place, as the European Parliament has recognised Kosovo's independence since 2008. That's what I'm going to do. I'm going to present pictures of two EP heads. Second row, Mayor. The EP is not familiar with the body's decision. This “value”, don't you know how and what we can call European value? EU institutions must clearly say: do they or do they not have value? Even if they do not defend their values, their decisions, and their words? Why does the Kosovo Assembly stay his wrong positions? So it's good to have the Chairman. Is it or is it not what the prime minister of Serbia has declared and declared?
She also stated: “I think it is clearly stated by President Taani, and this is that Serbia will not have to recognise Kosovo to join the EU. It seems to me that this is a clear message”. If that's what the media wrote today, 01.02. 2018, then, Kosovo government has no single reason to talk to Serbia in Brussels. What is the reason to talk to a country not only does it not recognize you but it also slowly before 1001 different obstacles? A state that not only in 1998 1999 has committed genocide over Albanians, why do we need to hold political talks when we have completed those talks in Vienna (2006) 2007? More than that, even a formal apology has not been done for the repeated genocide several times during the 20th century.
The prime minister, Brnabiq, is not on the land of bread, she is not listening to Serbian citizens, even Ivanovic himself, whom the charges have led by Serbia rather than Kosovo. She saw shame in saying that: “a complication came after the murder of Oliver Ivanovic”. Who killed Ivanovic after that? We Albanians are not even surprised, that this is typical language of old and new Serbian gangs.
Albanian heads of state, not only of Kosovo, must not add “to wool” and become as if nothing is happening around them!
