Beqaj: US Must Resolve to Solve Balkan Problems

Minister of innovation and entrepreneurship Besim Beqaj, during his visit to the US, has met American congressmen and senior NATO leaders today. Minister of innovation and entrepreneurship Besim Beqaj, during his visit to the US, has met American congressmen and senior NATO leaders today.
Minister Beqaj at the U.S. Congress met with congressmen, Pittinger Anderholt, Mike Turner and Senators Inhofe, Wuecker, Rounds. The president of the NATO Assembly, Paulo Alley and Admiral Par Wales were also present.
The topic of discussion at meetings was the Balkan challenges and integration in the north-Atlantic processes.
Minister Beqaj said on this occasion he has stressed the geopolitical impact on the development of Balkan countries and the importance of the European integration process at the meeting.
“Dialog with Serbia must continue and have concrete results, as well as not block Kosovo's membership in the international arena. The US evolution is inevitable to resolve conflicts in the Balkans”, the minister Beqaj has said.
Minister Beqaj has also said that Kosovo integration into NATO and reforming education are two very important topics for Kosovo.
Minister Besim Beqaj's meetings agenda will continue with other high-level meetings.
