In fact, recent studies say otherwise, finding that some of these vitamins can also be harmful.
So below you have a list of vitamins and supplements that you should take and which you should avoid.
Multivitmines: Avoid all things through well balanced diet
Over the decades, it has been assumed that multivitamins are strategic for good overall health. Vitamin C strengthens your immune system, vitamins A protects your vision and vitamin B from energy. Not only do you take these vitamins from foods that you eat, but excessive consumption can do you harm.
Vitamin D: Take your bones and it's hard to find food
Vitamin D is not present in most of the foods we eat, but it is a complex ingredient to keep our bones strong by helping us absorb calcium. Recent studies have shown that people who use vitamin D supplements live longer than those who don't.
Antioxidants: Avoid overindulgence of antioxidants associated with increased risk for certain types of cancer
Vitamin A, C, and E are antioxidants found in many trees and vegetables, and are known for their cancer protection skills.
However, studies suggest that overindulgence can be harmful and increase your risk of lung cancer.

This mineral seems to hinder replication of innovations, which cause common flu.
Vitamin E: Avoid overindulgence with it increases the risk of certain types of cancer, so consume spinach
Vitamin C is known for protecting cancer, but a 2011 study of approximately 36,000 males has found that prostate cancer risk increases in males who receive vitamin E.
