In the municipality of Novoberda, the road leading to the village of Vlasali, respectively, has become impassable for residents. The last snow that has fallen has made it difficult to cross.
Residents of this municipality have complained, as they say that despite their calls for street cleaning, the municipality has expressed no interest in cleaning up the road.
They say that even though there are tourists visiting Novoberda Fortress and other natural beautys in winter.
Telegragraph has published a photo of a car that has shown that it belongs to some tourists and, as a result, has fallen down the road.
Bajram Vladaliu, resident of the village of Vlasali, has told Telegrafi that he and several other residents with personal means have come to the aid of tourists, pulling the car out of the abyss.
” We, by our means, have come out and helped tourists. The situation of the road is bad because there's too much snow and hard to get by. We've called a couple of times the Novoberda municipality, we haven't heard from them, and the firefighters have also, but they've told us that a truck we've got has broken”, Bajrami said.
