Two days out of nine hours Safet Syla has answered questions from investigative prosecutorial officials on the KLA war.
He says he was “kidnapped” by these officials who have spoken mostly in Serbian language, when they took him from his office this Tuesday.
Presequently, it says it was contacted on the phone, through the book reporting that it might be a witness in the first phase of the investigation, but by the questions, Syla says it might even be part of the investigation, KTV reports.
Syla, who heads the office for the KPC legacy, says he has been asked the documents this office possesses, which may be linked to the KLA war.
But he claims that only documents from the first day of KLA demilitarisation are found in that office to the deilitarisation of the KPC.
Syla calls on his fellow fighters not to leave Kosovo as they are in their homes, and the war was made to free them.
Syla, who comes from the Pacific area, has long served in the KLA General Staff.
He believes in the clear KLA war, and also believes he has finished work with Kosovo's specialised prosecution investigators and will now wait for what will happen at The Hague.
“Kohavision” has learned that at EULEX headquarters in Fushe Kosovo, several former KLA participants have already been questioned in the quality of witnesses in the phase of investigations.
According to KTV sources, specialised Prosecution investigators have asked these soldiers for the duties and role Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, former commander-general of the war. KLA Agim Ceku, Bislim Officepi, Rexhep Selimi, Sali Veselin, Naim Maloku and Fatmir Limaj, reports Koha.net.
