This is the second round within the month that the candidate state for membership in the European Union, Serbia, receives from a eurodeputs, which is tasked with covering Kosovo.
Late last month, also Igor Sholtes, a rapporteur for Kosovo, passed an amendment saying that recognising the Srebrenica genocide on the part of Serbia is a fundamental condition towards EU membership.
