Regarding KFOR officials' statement that special ROSU units can enter Kosovo's north after permission, Stefanovic has said that “ky is a disgrace not only for Kosovo but also for the EU, which has been guarantor of these agreements.
“Persons with long barrels, with autoblinda, dare not go north without KFOR and local Serb community reconciliation. That's the deal, all other clarifications, as if the ROSU dares and others dare not dare, are meaningless”, he quoted novost as saying.
