Too much thirst
Salt sodium helps balance fluids in your body. When you eat plenty of salt, your body needs more fluids to help clean your system so that your muscles and other organs can function properly.
Changes in Urin
As a rule, sodium in your body causes serious changes in hunger that may occur because of two reasons:
The multiple consumption of salt causes the kidneys to work “offline” to remove it from the body. This may result in kidney disease that usually makes urination more frequent and transparent.
Weak Bones
When you consume plenty of salt, your kidneys cannot be completely emptied, and this increases the loss of calcium to a large extent. A chronic lack of calcium can result in poor bones, problems with your teeth and can also cause a development of osteoporosis.
Continued Headaches
Too much sodium consumption increases blood in order to get more space in blood vessels. This extension of blood vessels causes high blood pressure (hypertension), and as a result, it can cause severe and occasional headaches.
