If you are not a meat lover, you should know that this is really good because a new study by the World Health Organization states that processed meat causes cancer.
It seems that even the consumption of 50 grams of processed meat per day (about the equivalent of two slices of meal meat) can increase the risk of cancer in people by 18%.
In addition, red meat is officially classified as “cancerogenic to people”.
It seems that while red meat is still said to have some nutritious value, it seems that eating a large amount of it is not good for our health.
Food of excess red meat has been linked to a number of health problems and an increasing risk of breast cancer to hormones, diabetes, and Alzheimer's, and to mental health issues such as depressive symptoms.
Conversely, it is not denied that moderate meat consumption (red or white) can be very good for your body.
Like almost everything else we put on our body, the key to meat consumption, you have to choose to eat a balanced amount.
