Prosecutor's investigations clear the murder of a woman whom police called an accident

Callo. com learns that the prosecution's indictment burdens Xhafer Shkodra for the criminal offence of serious murder and illegal possession.
According to the indictment, on 19 August of this year, for reasons still unknown until the defendant Xhafer and his ex-wife Rabe were standing on their own balcony, the same with a kick in the chest close to directly deprive the deceased of life now.
The indictment says the defendant Xhafer has immediately left, while the children had sent their mother to the Gjakova Regional Hospital.

For this case in demand for the detention measure's appointment, the defendant is said to have allegedly deprived his wife Rabe Shkodra of her life of age 61, as a result of a brief plea among them.
Xhafer Shkodra has been in custody since 20 August.
Meanwhile, Gjakova Police Commander Christa Gjokaj had said the first allegations were that the incident was caused by the late man and that it is only suspicions of accidental killings.
While two days after the murder of 61-year-old in Gjakova, the prosecution had changed access to the qualification of the event, requalified it as a serious “murder”.
As a result, following the prosecution's request for the appointment of the detention measure for defendant Xhafer Shkodra, the judge of the preliminary procedure, Sacir Zika, had scheduled a month-long security measure.
According to family statements, respectively, their children have lived in harmony and there have been no problems among themselves, and their doubts are that the case has been accidental and that their mother at that point has been cleaning up the weapon with which the work was allegedly done.
The victim's husband had left the house and was later arrested by police in his neighborhood and based on his statement the victim had had a gun in his hand that was cleaning and accidentally shot.
