Another member of the Kosovo Liberation Army has been interviewed by Special Court Prosecutors' investigators under suspicion that he is involved in the murder of a person from the Serb community and two others from the Roma community.
According to Kosova Prees, it is about Astrit Shabanin, who is sentenced by UNMIK for killing five people, among them four Roma and one Albanian, Murat Krasniqi.
He's still serving his 20-year sentence. According to Kosovo sources, however, on November 27th of this one, it was interviewed in the Dubrava Prison by specialised Prosecutor's investigators.
“They claim that Astri as a member of the KLA, along with other members, have committed these actions in June 1999. Investigators suspect that Serbia and the two Roma were kidnapped in Pristina and sent to the Luqari headquarters, then allegedly malting and disappearing”, Kosovo sources have said.
Otherwise, until now it is known that former Llap Zone Commander Rrustem Mustafa has announced that he has been invited on January 14th 2019 to appear at the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) in The Hague, as well as another senior KLA figure.
