From a healthy and light morning Christmas or New Year's morning! You can't be on a diet during this beautiful period of the year. But the methods of reasonable choice and avoiding taking in pounds during these days are here!

Days of holiday celebrations are designed to be spent in the company of friends and relatives, and that means meeting around a large table with a wide selection of foods on it. Besides eating antipasses, other dishes - especially sweets - are those that invite us to sin without hesitation! You can't resist Grandma's cookies or Mom's baklava. If we want to avoid taking weight along the holidays, we just need to follow some advice. They're here!

Avoid breakfast. Just a cup of milk and some cookies or orange juice and that's it. We avoid consuming the morning knowing that it is the most important meal of the day. But this is because we're off! We don't tire too much, so don't blame yourself! It's all right!

Water and plenty of water. Two liters of water a day fall not only in summer but also in winter. Of course, the rule is also true during Christmas, so if we overdo it, we should remember to drink plenty of water! This is certainly an excellent way to be in shape during holidays.

Moving after lunch. It's good to get together and see a nice movie with the whole family, but we don't have to go directly from the table to the bed. We keep our bodies moving and when possible for physical activity, at least try to go out and walk through the streets of the city!

We eat slowly. Amid holiday joy and impatience to enjoy good foods, it may be that we begin to eat everything very quickly. Wrong! Eating slowly refers to the assimilation of food in the best way possible and, above all, gives the feeling of being satisfied at the right time.

Let's have some beer. So that we can help you digest as soon as you can, have a good beer right after you eat!

Run in the morning. If the gym is closed, we should not give up training - even during holidays. A morning run can do good!
