The formation of the Kosovo Army should be a gradual process and contribute to the stability of the region, Montenegro officials have said.
Foreign Affairs Minister Srdjan Darnovolic has said neither Montenegro nor NATO ever rejected the right of any country to have its own army.
“NATO warned that this process will be gradual, open, comprehensive and bring stability to the region so that NATO's co-operation with Kosovo will continue. So I think this is a realistic approach that we've highlighted several times so far” has said Darnovolic, rel transmission.
