“As far as information is concerned about the police official in question, The IPK has accepted this information by Kosovo Police and the same has been treated at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate and that initially no elements of the criminal act have been found, since association with suspected persons is not considered a criminal offence, but a disciplinary violation. The case has been forwarded to disciplinary treatment at the Directorate for Professional Standards of the Kosovo Police”, the IPK's response to KALLXO.com says.

The investigation of KALLXO.com, published in August this year, brings pictures of the association of police investigators in Mitrovica, Bujar Sinani, with a suspect in criminal acts whose name is Arsim Ferizi, known as “Cima”.
