Military experts ridicule Thaci for his parade in KSF uniform

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who is once also commander-in-chief of the Kosovo Security Forces, has been staying in the Kazerma “Adem Jashari” during today. He's in front of KSF soldiers in uniform. But the president of the country has not respected the army uniform. He's not wearing a full uniform during the pass. For this, Thaci has been criticised by military experts. They say the president has looked ridiculous today.
Former Kosovo Liberation Army Commander Rexhep Selimi has said the presentation of President Hashim Thaci today in Kazerman “Adem Jashari” was the worst image for the Kosovo Army.

Selimi in a statement to Gazeta Express has said that Thaci, as KSF general commander, has not respected the rules for uniforms and personal appearance of members of the Kosovo Security Force.

He has not respected the KSF today with his appearance. As soon as I wear a suit of Kosovo symbols, in this case Thaci has had his jacket on, he has had to put his hat on his head. He also had to wear his pants, run his boots and look exactly like a soldier, Selimi said.

He has suggested that Thaci by his actions has offended He showed disrespect. And all these actions, according to Selimi, are intentional.

Thaci made the move on purpose. He does all bad things on purpose. He has done so today. He could've worn himself properly, but he's wearing only one army blood today until the rest of his clothes were official”.

And the other former military man, Naim Maloku, has told Gazeta Express that Hashim Thaci has imitated American presidents with presentations.

The president today appears to have imitated the American presidents. They don't wear hats on their faces. Military must wear the hat, but for the president, I don't know if it's a practice. It's in his will whether he's going to wear the” hat, Maloch said.

Hashim Thaci, a day before the army vote in the Parliament, performed in uniform in the “Adem Jashari” barracks.

The transformation of KSF into military has never been closer. The package of bills, which will make Kosovo military, will be voted into second reading tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the US has so far rejected the establishment of the Kosovo Army, without the reconciliation of Serbian representatives.

Americans demanded that the army be made according to constitutional changes. While the US has already given support to transforming the KSF by law. However, within NATO there are different positions on whether Kosovo should now form the military.
Secretary-General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, has been declared against the formation of the military last week. But it's not Germany either.

Tomorrow, on December 14th, the Assembly is set to appear in a second reading vote, the package of laws transforming security forces into the military.
