Kurti counts government constitutional violations after deal with Global Contour

The leader of the Vetevendosje Movement, the Labin Kurti, has stressed that over a period of 20 years, citizens will pay 5 to 7 billion euros for the agreement signed by Prime Minister Haradinaj with this Contour Global Agreement for the construction of TC “New Kosova”.

Kurti's Facebook post: the same day he doubled his salaries to the government and his cabinet, on December 20, 2017, Haradinaj also signed the contract with Contour Global for the construction of the new Kosovo TC.

Under this harmful and frightening contract, it will not work Contour Global on Kosovo and its citizens, but we will work for Contour Global, because:

1) The construction cost rose from one billion euros to 1.3 billion euros, and this increase will be billed to people, even to interest;

2) The degree of domestic capital returns for Contour Global is guaranteed to a full of 18.5%, at a time when banks pay less than 1% interest in citizen deposits;
3) The Republic of Kosovo will pay Contour Global all expenses, plus loan installments, interest, profit, and finally tax in profit;

4) For a period of 20 years, citizens will pay 5 billion to 7 billion euros for the deal;

5) To ensure these Contour Global inflow, the Government has created a new public company, Nee Kosovo Electricity Company, which will necessarily buy every produced brand of the Contour Global, whether we need it or not;

6) Contour Global has been provided with unlimited purchase of produced energy, even at 20% higher than 80 euros per mare for any more produced benefit; 7) When this thermal power plant begins, Kosovo A will close, and workers will be left without jobs;

8 ) Contour Global has been given a priority of selling energy compared to KEK at a more expensive price, which makes TC Kosova Bʹova a semi-time projector, as a reserve capacity, which means even more workers who get laid off;
9) KEK is obliged to provide Contour Global spaces for ash storage and gipsy, without a cent compensation, entirely free;
10) Contour Global we give 15 hectares of land for 10 euros in total;
11) A state-backed monopoly, which conflicts with the country's own Constitution, is created with this contract, and poses SAA violations;
12) At least three laws have been violated by the contract with Contour Global: Public Enterprises Law, Law for ZRE and Public Procure Law;
13) Only after 20 years, T The new Kosovo will be transported under the Government of Kosovo.
14) In the event of the pre-initiation contract break, Kosovo will be punished with 19.7m euros, while doing so Contour Globali by 8m euros.

The consequences of this contract are long-term and costly. With his signature, Haradinaj has wanted to make decisions both for future governments and future generations, because when the time comes to pay this money from the budget, this government will be remembered only as a former nightmare. Let's call this investment real: wild privatization. So this investment is just privatization.
