The accused in the case “Badovci”, Fehmi Musa, on the Kosovo “Justice show” showed how Kosovo's Fushe municipality had not allowed him to license his work as a taxiist with the inscription “Muslim Taksim”. I'm interested in the municipality to get work permits, I've got work permit, but on condition. I was told by the director of urbanism that the conditions were set, he told me that he definitely changed the name of the company for taxi work, so I'd let him go. I had the name of the firm Muslim Taxi”, Musa said.
Musa says he did not understand why he should change his company's name.
There's nothing wrong with it, but I'm asking for it bad, if something's bad, I'm taking the cab off. The municipal officials have told me that I have to remove the name "Musslimım," which is a flagrant violation of the law for institutions, because it doesn't dare an official person to condition me to have his breakfast since. That's my personal matter. As long as I don't violate the other person's safety, it's my right to give him his name. But they have given me the conditions I need to remove the name”, he said.
He says municipal officials had agreed that he would continue his work as a taxi driver with another name.
Government Kosovo municipality officials have confirmed that a request by Fehmi Musa to free his business had been accepted.
