(8 years ago)The Kosovo Assembly is failing to collect deputies and start the session, where the resolution for dialogue with Serbia is expected to be voted. Although the VVP's LDK has claimed they will not be part of this séance, even coalition deputies are not all in the hall, Periscopi reports. The prime minister [...] is currently being seen.

At this point, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is being seen in the hall, while Chief Parliamentary Kadri Veselini is consulting with his deputies as well as with the prime minister.
