According to Simic, international law principles and UN Council Resolution 1244 were violated with the formation of the Army.
The Serbian MP has repeated the president's message, Alexander Vucic, if attacked, Serbia will have mechanisms to protect you.
He has said it was a strong message for Serbs in northern Kosovo because he feels safe.
Remember, Kosovo Assembly deputies last day have voted three bills, enabling the transformation of Armed Forces into the Army.
