Details on the murder of KSF member and his brother at Malisheva Ploqi

The accused Besim Maloku and Blerim Maloku are accused of having deprived the life of two Shani brothers and Bahri Maloku, one of them ( Shani Maloku has been a member of the Kosovo Security Force.

Indictee Besim Maloku has stated he does not plead guilty to committing the criminal offence of the serious murder, while the other accused Blerim Maloku has pleaded guilty to committing criminal acts, possession, control and possession without gun permission.

Blerim Malokut's defence lawyer, Feride Xani, has stated that she pleads guilty to the defenders and has demanded a ban on Maloku's detention because the case is of a different nature with that of Besim Maloku, while also demanding the isolation of the procedure.

The attorney of the injured party, Naim Rudari, has asked the Court to refuse guilt, considering that the indictment against accused Blerim Maloku has actual and flawed errors, since it clearly mentions Besim Maloku's association with Blerim Maloku and that the same has been charged with illegal weapons.

In the initial session, State Prosecutor Agron Matjan has asked the Court not to approve the guilty plea on the part of the accused Blerim Maloku because he has considered his presence in the quality of the accused is necessary, while he has said the defence lawyer's proposal, Feride Xani, is left to the court.

The court has approved the defense attorney's request, Feride Xani, for the detention suspension.

While in connection with the most accused of serious murder, Besim Maloku, the court appointed a second review in the 30-day term, time when the accused side must submit the proposal in the case, respectively, to his opposition.

According to prosecutor Besim Malokun is being charged with two acts, the one of serious murder and the possession of the weapon without permission, while Blerim Maloku is being charged with illegal weapons.

The prosecution in the indictment claims that Besim Maloku deliberately deprived the two Shani brothers and Bahri Maloku of life, and has also risked Ulyssey, Hysni, Gemajl and Africa Malokut, callo.

According to the indictment, the two defendants have entered the victims' house to steal, where Besimi had an automatic rifle while buying a gun.
