In the case of KFOR representatives' statement that Rossu could go north of Kosovo without permission, Dacic said they performed that Rossu is not part of the armed forces, but that the police force, according to him, are individual interpretations.
KFOR spokesman Vincenzo Graso has told Serbian media yesterday that Kosovo Police Special Units can operate in the north even without demanding the permission of the NATO peacekeeping mission.
He has added that Kosovo Police Special Units have a mandate to operate in any part of Kosovo without taking KFOR's approval.
