The Constitutional Court in Pristina has handed over charges to parties involved in the indictment by Kosovo's Special Prosecutor for inflating veterans' lists, known to the public as the case of “Veterians”.
On Tuesday the 12 former heads of the Government Commission for the recognition and Verification of the Veterans' Status, Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitajha, Shumbin Demaliaj, Qela Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj, Fadil Shudaj, Xatri have accepted the charges sent by the court.
The news of the “Voice has revealed the former member of this commission, Nuredin Lushtaku.
Lushtaku, however, says he has yet to accept an invitation to appear in court.
