But don't worry, for Divine says mental strength can be improved by simple habits.

Focus on Yourself First

Divine says this is one of the most important forms to develop. He recommends that you find at least 10 minutes a day to reflect on who you are and what you want in life.

Diaries are a way of clarifying the mind and organizing of thoughts.

Find Your Purpose

It is very important to understand what your purpose is in life so that you can adapt your works to the values you have.

Divine recommends asking yourself these questions to understand your purpose in life:

What do you think you should do in your life?
What do you feel you should do with your life?
Is there a small voice of doubt in you that says you are on the wrong path?
Is there a voice that moves you to move forward and convinces you that you are on the right path?
What do you think you're here for? If you hadn't had obstacles before, what would you have focused on?
What would you do differently if you knew that you only had one year to live?

Set Your Road

If you want to have high performance in everything you do, Divine says it's fun to be yourself. It is very important not to be influenced by what others think of you.

Most of us pursue goals assigned to us by others. Do not allow that to affect you too.

Rely on a Healthy Life - Style and Support Others

Divine says most people are on the wrong track, so they also lack the energy to make a financial programme part of their everydayity.

But if you understand yourself and your goals in life, then you will surely have the energy to care for your body.
